standards ESPECIALLY as they impact on the Export/Import, Transportation and
Logistics industries. ISO 9001:2000 brings specific implementation
difficulties to our industry especially in the areas of Management Review,
Recording of Complaints and Non Conformities, Statistical Techniques, Document
Control, etc.
